The Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) has become an official member of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA).

The commission said “we are delighted to announce that the EIC has become an official member of WAIPA. It

EIC will pro-actively engage with WAIPA and its member states in investment promotion, facilitation, aftercare, and advocacy works, it was learned.

WAIPA is the premier organization that supports, gathers, and connects worldwide investment promotion agencies (IPAs), to exchange their experiences and expertise, and to provide them with research, training, events, and more.

Being a member at WAIPA is valuable for investment promotion agencies as it is the global reference point for FDI.
